News flash: National Winners have been selected.
Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Market finals - they were big days and we saw lots of energy, smiles, great procdures, and of course hussle and speed.
A big thanks must go to all of the Market Coordinators that worked so hard to make the day a success, the stores who gave us run of thier restaurants, the judges, and the support teams. Well done everyone!
We look forward to the National Play offs that will take place at Parramatta on Sunday 14th August - may the best team win!

Well folks; the first Market Final has been run and won!! Thanks to all the support team in SA TAS for putting on a super day today at KFC Eastwood (which presented immaculately - thanks Sam). Congrats to all our competitors who had already performed at Gold Standard just to make it to the finals. The overall winner for SA / TAS in 2011 is............ S3. Congratulations to Stelios, Kristy, Zoltan, Alexis & Amanda - you are off to Sydney in August for the National Finals.
What a great today! Good Luck to all other markets - I hope you have as much fun at your finals as we did at ours.
